Understanding Learning Disabilities, is a two-day conference for educators, parents, professionals, and adults with learning and attention issues on Friday, October 13 and Saturday, October 14, 2023 at the Somerset Inn in Troy, MI.

Anticipated attendance is 350+.

2023 Conference Exhibitor Registration

Thank you for exhibiting at the LDA of Michigan 2023 state conference on October 13 & 14, 2023. If you have questions prior to registration, please feel free to reach out to our conference organizers at events@ldaofmichigan.org.

Exhibitor Agreement & Benefits(Required)

Exhibitors will be present during all scheduled networking and exhibit area hours.

Exhibit setup will be the evening of Thursday, October, 12, 2023.

Planned hours for the exhibit area are 7:00 am - 4:15 pm on Friday, October 13 and 7:00 am - 1:30 pm on Saturday, October 14 (excluding the keynote and breakout sessions).

All exhibitors will receive signage at the event (provided by LDA of MI).

All exhibitors will need to provide their company logos in JPEG or PNG format (for advertising and materials) as well as EPS format (for signage).

All exhibitor requests must be made in writing and can be submitted to events@ldaofmichigan.org.

All exhibitor fees must be paid before the day of the event.

Space is limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

LDA of Michigan reserves the right to reject exhibitors.

Exhibitor benefits include: 1 complimentary conference badge with full access to conference sessions; company listed in the conference guide; company listed on the LDA MI website; participation in our Conference Passport Program.

Cancellation Policy(Required)

Exhibitors must inform LDA of MI in writing of any cancellation.

Notice must be received prior to August 18, 2023 for a full refund (less a $25 processing fee).

Notice must be received prior to September 1, 2023 for a 50% refund (less a $25 processing fee).

No refunds or credits will be issued for any cancellations received on or after September 2, 2023.
